Judy grew up in Historic Marietta, where she gained an early appreciation for livable, walkable communities. As an Intown Atlanta resident for the past 35 years, Judy has owned, built and renovated homes in several Atlanta neighborhoods where she raised her two children, Sam (The Westminster Schools, University of Georgia) and Emma (Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School and Auburn University).
Judy studied marketing and interior design and obtained her real estate license in 1982. Her entire career has been centered around real estate, design and sales. She started with an Atlanta developer specializing in the restoration and adaptation of high-end historic apartment buildings located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead and Midtown neighborhoods. Later, she worked for an internationally recognized architectural firm, where she helped to develop an interiors/purchasing division.
In 2015, Judy returned to real estate. Working closely with one of Atlanta’s leading agents, Judy became highly skilled at market analysis, pricing, transaction negotiation, contract preparation and servicing sellers and buyers. In addition to assisting in transactions totaling over $250 million annually, she personally closed $10 million in sales.
Judy has earned the trust and respect of her clients and her colleagues and is known for her strong work ethic, integrity, professionalism, attention to detail and supportive spirit. Clients know they can count on Judy and her unwavering commitment to their best interests above all else. She treats her clients’ investments as she would her own. She’s passionate about finding the right fit for her buyers and adept at finding hidden gems and avoiding money pits. Judy uses her design skills, creativity and resourcefulness to help sellers prepare their homes for market and to help buyers maximize their home’s potential after they purchase.
She lives in Ansley Park and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Atlanta arts community. In Judy’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, cooking, spending time with friends and family and cheering on her children’s SEC teams.
