My name is Chris, and I moved from Amelia Island, where I grew up, to Atlanta a little over a year ago. My love for real estate began by watching HGTV and drawing houses as a child. While attending the University of North Florida, I got a job in property management in which my boss was a real estate broker, thus igniting my passion for real estate. After graduation, I decided a 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. job was not for me, so I decided to get my Florida real estate license, and my career took off from there. I sold homes for three years on Amelia Island, in Jacksonville and along Jacksonville beaches. My first year in real estate, I was Rookie of the Year for the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of REALTORS®, and then I became a Top Producer, grossing $8 million-plus in sales the following years. Add in my ‘never met a stranger’ Southern personality, and real estate has always been the obvious choice for me. I get as equally excited as my clients during the home buying and selling processes. No matter the style or price point, it’s a fresh start and a new adventure when buying a new home.
I wanted a new challenge, so Atlanta called my name. I was drawn to Atlanta for the array of things to do such as amazing dining, great outdoor activities, Southern hospitality and all of the beautiful homes and architecture. Moving to Atlanta was an expansion of my career. I have spent the last year in real estate development and new construction, learning a great deal about the home building process from start to finish. I have quickly learned my passion for new construction and all that goes into finding and building a dream home.
I currently reside in Buckhead and love exploring all the different areas of Atlanta. I love how close Atlanta is to the lakes, mountains and beautiful scenery of North Georgia. You can find me out socializing with all of my friends, traveling, taking weekend road trips and visiting new restaurants around town. I work in all areas of the city and know Atlanta well.
