Greetings!
Born and raised in Atlanta, I have experienced the city and its surrounding suburbs’ dynamic transformations and driven on all 68 “Peachtree” streets for nearly four decades. I have lived, worked and played in just about every borough inside and outside the Atlanta Perimeter. I spent my undergrad years at the College of Charleston and obtained a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design.
As an adult, I have lived in Johns Creek, Milton, Chamblee and Brookhaven in addition to Charleston, South Carolina and Coral Gables, Florida. Over the course of my career and personal leisure, I have traveled extensively to appreciate the diverse history, cultures, spirituality and beauty found around the world. I currently reside in Chamblee with my husband, our two precious children and a wild redheaded Goldendoodle. I love spending time with family and friends gathered around delicious food and bourbon. A proud Irish family, our little ones attend a Catholic preschool in Dunwoody.
I am actively involved on their campus as well as the Ronald McDonald House and various nonprofits through The Junior League of Atlanta. When not volunteering, I can be found working. I thrive in the real estate industry, and it dominates our family’s conversations and endeavors. When in need of renewal, we escape to my family farm in Cleveland, Georgia to enjoy the landscape with our little ones.
Over the years, my husband and I have acquired, reconstructed and conveyed homes in and around the city, predominantly in Chamblee and Brookhaven. This is a value to my clients because, many times, I know of homes before they even hit the market through my network of industry and community colleagues. I am used to successfully competing for highly sought-after properties, and I am eager to navigate you through the negotiations and market demands. I also have a team of talented contractors I trust to help my clients in need.
I am trained to have a keen eye for detail, taking notice and critiquing form, function and aesthetics, which is a quality my clients appreciate. The slightest modification can alter a perception entirely, making or breaking a sale. I also value the importance of connectivity and accessibility, which, coupled with my organic knowledge of the city, is another benefit I offer my clients. A determining factor when buying or selling a permanent residence, vacation home or investment property is proximity, and I know where the best amenities are found. With my experience in ArcGIS data analysis, design and permit submittals, I know what can be feasibly achieved to enhance each property, whether the goal is to simply enjoy or sell with a meaningful return on investment.
I welcome the opportunity to represent you as your REALTOR®. I am eager to facilitate a smooth transaction and create a pleasant experience for you! Your consideration is appreciated.
Gratefully,
Alex Egan
