Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Kate arrived in the Metro Atlanta area three years ago and fell head-over-heels in love with the trees, beautiful architecture and Southern charm of the wonderful community! She hails from a long line of builders and land developers, including her grandfather who was a prominent builder in Long Beach, California in the early 1950s. She fondly remembers accompanying her father onsite, walking various parcels of land and marveling at the dreams and plans laid out before her. That passion has stayed with her as she has bought and sold in her own real estate pursuits. She prides herself on seeing the diamond in the rough and making her clients’ visions and desires a reality. She has traveled abroad extensively and appreciates the diversity the Metro Atlanta area offers, enjoying meeting clients from all over the world.

Kate is a mom of five and currently resides in Alpharetta with her family. Kate was a competitive athlete and played Division 1 volleyball in college. Today, she enjoys watching her teenagers play the game she loves so much! In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad, exploring beautiful hiking trails in the area, snow skiing and always reading a good book.
