Sandy Stern is a REALTOR® with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. As a North Atlanta transplant, she quickly fell in love with the unique charm of Milton and the Metro Atlanta suburbs, becoming familiar with all of its hidden gems. Sandy’s appreciation for the area’s natural beauty and quality of life drives her passion for helping her clients embark on the next exciting chapter of their lives.
Sandy, a New Jersey native, comes to Milton by way of Tampa Bay, Florida, where she developed a passion for real estate through her first-hand experience buying, selling and redesigning homes for over 16 years in Tampa’s high-growth market. Having moved multiple times, Sandy can empathize with the emotions of the process and seeks to establish a relatable connection with her clients to help them visualize where they are going to live and how a neighborhood will fit into their particular lifestyle. Before transitioning into real estate, Sandy graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy. After 15+ years of practice, Sandy decided to pursue real estate full-time. She is goal-oriented, patient, compassionate and determined. Sandy utilizes her interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the highest level of professionalism and guidance for those she serves.
Sandy joined Jenny Doyle’s luxury real estate team in 2021 to help support, grow and emulate the core foundation that Jenny believes in – “Above all, I truly care. When not assisting clients, you can find Sandy running and hiking across North Atlanta’s beautiful trails, playing tennis, exploring the area’s new local restaurants and shops and soaking up as much quality time with her husband and daughter as possible. She is also active in supporting her local elementary school and Milton’s Eagle Stix youth lacrosse program. Additionally, Sandy is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
