My name is Dax Griffin; I am a true Atlanta native, having grown up in the East Cobb area. I went to Wheeler High School, where I had a pretty extensive football career. Instead of pursuing a collegiate career in football, I attended The University of Alabama as a student. After graduating from business school, I decided to pursue a career in acting. I know what you are thinking: a complete 180 from a career in the business world. But I was presented with an opportunity I could not refuse, which led to a 27-year career in the TV/movie business. While living in Los Angeles/San Diego, I had several friends who had extensive real estate careers; this sparked another interest that I have long appreciated: architecture/real estate. After years of researching the real estate business, I decided to juggle two careers, having now switched over to a full-time business in real estate. A career that also began with Sotheby’s International Realty® in California is now being continued in my hometown of Atlanta. I am very proud to be a part of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty that is second to none in the Atlanta market.
