Hi, I’m Savanna!
Born and raised in Alpharetta, I’m a Georgia native with a passion for community and home that make real estate a natural career choice. I love watching HGTV and “Million Dollar Listing” and have always felt that this was the best way to work for myself and enjoy what I do! I honed my customer service and strong negotiation skills during a 15-year corporate background in healthcare staffing, where I received glowing feedback from my clients about my dedication and focus as an Account Director at LocumTenens.com before making the choice to transition into real estate full-time.
My interest in real estate goes back to an investment property my father encouraged me to purchase right after college that I ended up renting out for 10 years. After some renovations, I sold it for a profit. Watching the updates happen and then enjoying the extra income that that sale provided for my daughter and me, sparked a desire to turn my passion into a career. I’m skilled in a wide variety of real estate situations, and because of that experience, I have a special affinity for helping people to see possibilities and invest in their future. While I work mostly in Cumming, Alpharetta, Milton, Buford, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs and Roswell, I’m very familiar with all aspects of Georgia real estate. I love a good research dig, and when you work with me, I go above and beyond to help you obtain the best purchase/sell price.
I combine insight and research skills with a high level of care to help people navigate the overwhelm and nuance of the current real estate market. Ethically driven and self-motivated with years of a proven track record, I am committed to my client’s needs and provide transparency and delicacy in all situations. I enjoy networking and meeting new people; everyone has a story to tell, and I appreciate every client’s background!
When I’m not working for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, weight-lifting, traveling and — when I can — scuba diving and sailing/boating. I serve on the board of Heirborn Servants (a local non-profit that serves single moms, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking), and by the end of 2022, I will have completed a Master’s degree in Psychology.
