With a degree in business management from the University of North Florida, stellar people skills and an eye for market trends, Kristie McGough’s background is uniquely tailored to real estate. After relocating to the Atlanta area from St. Augustine, Florida, she obtained her real estate license in 2014 and quickly established herself as a gifted agent, closing just under $1 million in sales in her first six months.
Representing buyers, sellers and investors in the residential market, she understands numbers, knows how to research and is gifted at communicating with clients. Able to see each home as a study in market value, Kristie has the ability to present the pertinent facts that help her clients see the big picture and keep their goals in focus. Believing that every transaction should be a win-win for both parties, she sees her role as that of a neutral advocate for her clients’ best interests and brings a high level of integrity, work ethic and drive to every transaction. Honest, without being patronizing, she focuses on listening, building trust and working through the emotions to get to “yes” at the closing table. In 2016, she was awarded the No. 1 Buyer’s Agent at her previous brokerage, contributing to over $7.7 million in sales.
Thriving on the variety inherent in real estate, Kristie enjoys the fact that no two transactions or homes are alike. Well-versed in all aspects of Georgia real estate, she takes advantage of every opportunity to learn new things about the Atlanta market in order to help direct clients to specific homes or educate them on the neighborhood. She especially enjoys helping people relocate to the area.
Active in her community, Kristie has been involved with United Way and fostered as well as adopted dogs through a local non-profit, Labrador Friends of the South. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys exploring Atlanta’s food scene, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband, three children and two Labradors.
