She inherited her appreciation for homes from her father (a custom home builder) and is well-versed in the Atlanta market. A resident of Buckhead, she appreciates the Atlanta area for its four distinct seasons, wonderful schools and friendly community. She and her family are actively involved in the Cathedral of Christ the King Church and School, and she supports the Atlanta Speech School, City of Hope, the Marcus Autism Center and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. An avid traveler who loves immersing herself in a new place, Meredith has been to 20 countries, and when she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family.
A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Meredith earned a degree in international studies and worked in sales for a telecom company before making the transition into real estate. Her corporate experience in high-level international sales and negotiation provides her clients with a distinct edge during the buying and selling process, and her supportive, positive energy remains composed and objective under pressure.

Welcome Trey Patterson to the Buckhead Office
With a background in sales and customer service, Trey Patterson combines his innate knowledge of people with an in-depth understanding of the Atlanta market and a passion for homes to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Born and raised in Conyers, Trey obtained a consumer journalism degree from the University of Georgia, and although his professional background includes a stint in the corporate world of medical sales, he is an entrepreneur at heart. Harnessing an impressive work ethic, he decided to put his passion for homes and architecture to use, earning his real estate license and joining a successful team, where he sold over 40 homes in his first year. For the next several years, he poured himself into learning the business, becoming one of the top 10 agents at his previous brokerage. He enjoys the freedom and variety inherent in real estate and appreciates the endless opportunities to meet new people.
Approachable and direct, with a real interest in what clients want and need, Trey puts collaboration and transparency front and center. Dedicated to building long-term relationships with colleagues on the other side of the closing table as well as with buyers and sellers, he ensures that his clients always have the best options available at every step in the process. An extremely responsive agent and a skilled negotiator, he is especially adept at working with first-time homebuyers, helping them overcome objections and win bids.
A lifetime Georgia resident, he recently remodeled a home in Virginia-Highland and loves the area for its charm, walkability and local cuisine. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys CrossFit, being outdoors, craft beer/bourbon, traveling and great TV/movies.
