Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Colton pursued his undergraduate degree at Indiana University. He moved to Atlanta to complete Emory University’s prestigious doctoral program, working as a physical therapist before transitioning into real estate. During his time in home health, he decided to act on his deep appreciation for connecting with people and their homes. The experience of chatting with patients about their living spaces and witnessing the joy it brought them solidified his decision to pursue a career in real estate.
Known for his approachability, transparency and hands-on approach, Colton is driven by a genuine desire to see his clients succeed. His reputation for seamless and direct communication, along with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships with clients and colleagues, makes him an asset in any negotiation. As a member of the Sonny Jones Group, he values collaboration, building a trusted network of mentors and colleagues with access to the best resources and solutions in the business. While he understands that transition is never easy, Colton firmly believes in looking forward.
A longtime resident of Midtown’s Improvement and Garden Districts, he loves Atlanta for its walkability and sense of community. With an extensive knowledge of Metro Atlanta, he enjoys assisting with all real estate needs, and as a member of the Midtown Neighborhood Association, he takes pride in being a resource for up-to-date knowledge of community events. When he’s not assisting clients, Colton enjoys weightlifting, practicing [solidcore] Pilates, live music, spending time at the park, indulging in Mexican food and margaritas and exploring new places through travel. He cherishes his family, especially his nieces and nephews, and is an avid supporter of IU basketball and football.
