Combining years of experience in client services with an in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta market, she is passionate about providing clients with a seamless real estate experience. She particularly enjoys working with families in transition.

Born in Rochester, New York, Courtney’s journey into real estate began with a visit to Atlanta for a job opportunity, where she fell in love with the area’s unique blend of urban excitement and laid-back charm.

After deciding to pursue a career in the industry, she gradually transitioned from a previous administrative role into full-time real estate. Her background includes experience working with a local builder and several years as the listing coordinator for the Intown office at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Known for her genuine demeanor and her ability to make clients feel comfortable through what can be an overwhelming process, she expertly guides them through each step with personalized communication.

Courtney approaches every deal with empathy and understanding, striving to find common ground that satisfies all parties involved. Her straightforward nature and ability to get to the heart of any subject or problem make her a trusted advisor in the real estate process. A resident of West Cobb, she loves her area for its picturesque setting—a touch of the countryside with fresh eggs and honey just around the corner. With a deep love for her community, she takes pride in connecting clients with the best local resources, from parks to green spaces and beyond.

When not working with clients, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s relaxing at home or escaping to the beach.
