Kisha’s passion for real estate began early—she bought her first home at just 21, and the equity she gained inspired her to help others do the same. She relocated to Atlanta in 2003 and has found full-time real estate to be the perfect fit for her love of guiding clients through major transitions. She has extensive experience in custom home projects through partnerships with builders and developers. From professional staging to curated community resources, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about pairing clients with the lifestyles that fit them.
As a longtime resident of Smyrna, Kisha loves Atlanta for its rich history, business-friendly environment, affordability and diverse neighborhoods. Giving back to her community is a high priority. She supports Habitat for Humanity and domestic violence awareness initiatives through the Domestic Violence Intervention Center. In addition, she donates a portion of each closing commission to charities of her clients’ choice. When she’s not working with clients, Kisha enjoys spinning tracks as a hobbyist DJ, a dedicated traveler, a wellness enthusiast, a vintage treasure hunter and a fitness advocate. A proud mom to a college-bound daughter attending LSU, she also enjoys spending time with Louie, her Havanese.
