Born and raised in Georgia, Belinda Benton is a proud “peach” who brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to every client she serves. She earned her license in 1998 and has remained active through all market cycles, known for her resilience, steady guidance and unwavering dedication. Her deep understanding of the industry, combined with a calm and confident approach, helps clients feel supported from the initial conversation to the closing table.
Belinda is passionate about building close, lasting relationships. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ needs, knowing those needs may evolve throughout the journey, and gently guides them toward the homes and communities that feel like the right fit. Her clients know she genuinely cares and always puts their goals first.
Outside of work, Belinda lives a full and vibrant life. She’s the proud mother of two and grandmother of three, including a recent West Point graduate, a Georgia State University student and a University of Georgia cheerleader. She loves jazz, cooking, concerts and working out nearly every day. Pickleball has also become a new favorite, especially when her grandson is home to play.
Belinda is thrilled to join her nephew, Jasha Balcom, and his wife, Joya, as part of The Balcom Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Working alongside family and serving clients across Metro Atlanta is the next exciting chapter in a career she still loves, decades in and counting.
