Raised in a historic home near the Marietta Square, Emmy was immersed in real estate from an early age, gaining firsthand experience through her parents’ work. Some of her earliest memories include scouting properties and assisting with renovation projects, sparking a lifelong passion for the art of the deal. Her family’s projects earned recognition in local media and on national platforms like HGTV, deepening her appreciation for the dedication, vision and heart that drive every transformation.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, she spent five years living in Switzerland (where she has dual citizenship) and built a career in marketing, sales and client relationship management with global brands. Upon returning to the U.S., she worked in wealth management and launched a successful short-term rental business, co-managing a boutique portfolio of high-performing vacation homes in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and along 30A in Florida.
Today, Emmy merges her business acumen, hospitality background and investment experience to serve clients through Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, supporting a seasoned investor or optimizing a rental property, she brings unmatched energy, insight and care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (with nearly 40 countries under her belt), photography, tennis, salsa dancing and entertaining friends at her home in Inman Park.
