After moving back to the Atlanta area in 2018, Stacey Davis found herself drawn to a career in real estate, a natural fit given her lifelong passion for beautiful homes, architecture and worldwide travel. With a background in chemical engineering, she brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to every transaction, blending precision with a genuine love for helping clients achieve their goals. Her husband, an architect, shares her enthusiasm for high-quality design, and together they have spent decades admiring and exploring luxury properties around the world.
Stacey is proud to serve as a global real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, a title that reflects her ability to assist clients both locally and internationally. She has guided buyers and sellers across a wide range of price points and leverages property exposure campaigns to ensure her listings receive the highest visibility. Her approach is both data-driven and highly personalized, making her a trusted guide for sellers and buyers alike. She also holds the GUILD™ designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, underscoring her expertise in luxury sales.
Beyond real estate, Stacey is deeply invested in her community. She and her husband are active members of First Redeemer Church, where they organize a monthly supper club for nearly 100 people, fostering connection and belonging. They are also proud parents to their son Joshua, whom they adopted from Ukraine, and they work to help provide for his special needs. Stacey led an international mission for 10 years, benefitting school-aged children in East Africa, and that work continues. She now donates 10% of her proceeds to local charities. She will always enjoy giving back in ways that make a lasting impact.
