Growing up watching her father build a construction company from the ground up, Haven Rice, an advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, discovered her passion for homes long before earning her real estate license. She fell in love with the process of building—seeing how tradespeople, craftsmanship and vision come together to create a place where families make their lives. That early exposure led her to build a business of her own, one centered on guiding clients to the homes that best fit their needs and goals.
Today, if you asked her what she does for a living, she’d tell you she helps people make the most significant investment of their lifetime. Whether she’s working with first-time buyers, retirees, second-home seekers or clients relocating from out of state, she thrives on earning their trust. Some of her favorite memories in real estate come from helping out-of-state clients navigate the unknowns of moving to Georgia. Making the transition seamless, especially for people who barely know the area, is one of the most satisfying parts of her work.
Haven serves a diverse range of markets, from the upscale properties of Lake Oconee to the farms and small-town communities surrounding Historic Madison. Her marketing approach reflects the way people search today. With time at a premium, she focuses on showcasing properties to buyers across the country and beyond through high-impact digital exposure, meeting consumers where they already are: on their phones. She believes modern buyers value instant access and she leverages that to create faster, more effective connections between listings and potential buyers.
Outside of real estate, Haven spends her time with family and is an active church attendee on Sundays, a routine that keeps her grounded and connected to her community.
