A lifelong resident of Metro Atlanta, Heather Killgo brings a deeply rooted understanding of the Fulton, Cobb and Cherokee corridors. From Milton’s equestrian estates to the historic charm of Roswell and the continued growth of Alpharetta and Woodstock, she offers clients meaningful insight into the character and long-term value of these communities. Having witnessed the region’s evolution firsthand, Heather pairs local perspective with strategic positioning to effectively market properties in today’s competitive landscape.
With more than two decades of real estate investment experience, Heather approaches every transaction with financial discipline and analytical precision. Her background in acquisition, renovation and resale allows her to evaluate properties beyond aesthetics — identifying opportunity, mitigating risk and helping clients make informed decisions that support both lifestyle and long-term goals.
Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, Heather spent over 25 years in corporate leadership, serving as a Vice President and Perfumer. This executive experience shaped her attention to detail, negotiation strength and commitment to delivering a seamless client experience. From coordinating pre-sale preparation to overseeing staging and comprehensive marketing campaigns, she manages each step with thoughtful strategy and steady guidance.
Heather lives in Marietta with her husband, Adam, and maintains a second home in Athens. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she is a proud alumna and dedicated Bulldogs supporter. She and Adam are empty nesters; their son Cameron is a commercial pilot based in Connecticut, and their daughter Brooke is a pre-med student at UGA.
