Bill Rawlings leads the award-winning team of top producers at the North Atlanta office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, one of the top 10 residential real estate offices in the Metro Atlanta area. Based in Sanctuary Park, Bill and his team specialize in the northern suburban areas of Atlanta, including Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming and Milton, and represent some of the region’s top developments. Throughout his career, Bill has been involved in more than $1 billion in closed sales. He is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and represented the buyer in the largest residential sale in the Atlanta area in 2006. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, innovation and professionalism to his role as vice president and managing broker from his experiences as a vice president of career development, chief operating officer and senior vice president at his prior companies. In addition to his responsibilities with his agents, Bill also serves the general REALTOR® population in Atlanta though his involvement with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® (ABR). Having served in many capacities over the last decade, Bill is looking forward to his role as President-Elect during the 2016 calendar year followed by his presidency in 2017. In addition, he also represents The Atlanta Board of REALTORS® on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee and the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS®. Outside of the real estate industry, Bill has also been recognized as a Champion of Hope for The Leukemia & Leukemia Society’s Annual Man and Woman of the Year Campaign where the 2015 group raised over $1 million to go toward research to eradicate blood cancers. Bill is also serving as the Corporate Walk Chair for The Leukemia & Leukemia Society’s Light the Night Atlanta campaign. Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce and business administration. Bill and his wife, Audra, have two children, Carter and Leighton.
