As President of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, David touches every aspect of the company in a hands-on fashion. His visionary focus is meeting the needs of today’s homebuyers and sellers using cutting edge technology, wonderful marketing tools and by maintaining a supportive and encouraging sales associate and employee environment. His 18 years of experience in residential real estate is complemented by 10 additional years in commercial banking where David focused on real estate and small business financing. Named REALTOR® of the Year in 2006 and a Captain of Industry in 2010 by the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, David has consistently been an integral part of the success of many industry related organizations. He has also served in leadership roles for several committees and is a past President of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® (2005). David was the 2004 Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Technology Committee. David also serves on the Board of Directors for First Multiple Listing Service. David's civic involvement includes serving on the boards of two local organizations: the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Mission and the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. David is also an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club. David is a native Atlantan who was graduated from Pace Academy and received his BBA degree in finance from Georgia State University. He lives in Duluth with his wife, Stephanie, and their five children.
