Growing up in a real estate family, Kerry’s Mother swears Kerry sold her first house at the age of four. Now a 20-year veteran of the industry, Kerry Middlebrooks began her official real estate career by assisting relocation buyers, specializing in international move management before managing corporate relocation inventory of 80 to 120 homes a year. After 10 years, Kerry transitioned to working with buyer and seller clients throughout Atlanta and North Fulton County.

The Middlebrooks lived and worked in Johns Creek, where Kerry served as Vice Chair for the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and volunteered at North Fulton Community Charities. Recently, Kerry and husband, Scott, decided to become “ITP-ers.” They moved to the Old Fourth Ward to take advantage of a walking lifestyle with parks and shopping all around, moving just blocks away from Ponce City Market, the BeltLine and Krog Street Market.

Kerry obtained a degree in journalism from Georgia State University with a concentration in public relations. She currently serves at Buckhead Community Church, and is an active member of the High Museum, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership.
