Ralph E. Herrera has over 25 years of executive experience in public relations, broadcasting, event management and real estate. He has been a licensed Georgia real estate agent since 2004.
Ralph represents sellers and buyers of homes and condos primarily in the Intown areas of Buckhead, Midtown and West Midtown. He also provides his clients access to the vast domestic and international real estate network that is Sotheby’s International Realty.
Having been a part of several corporate relocations, Ralph especially enjoys working with individuals who are moving to Atlanta. He has first-hand experience and knowledge of the many trials and tribulations associated with moving to a new city, state and country. According to Ralph, “Intown Atlanta is a terrific area, it is dynamic, vibrant, growing and safe. In many areas it feels like you are in the middle of a forest when in reality you are in the heart of a major city. However, you do need someone with local market knowledge to guide you, there are many submarkets within Buckhead, Midtown and the Westside that offer varying price points and amenities depending on the lifestyle you are looking for. It is beneficial to have someone who has been through the process numerous times before representing you, looking out for your best interests in strict confidence and as your advocate.”
Prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Ralph founded the Lanza Group in Atlanta a marketing, public relations and events firm specializing in connecting companies with the growing Hispanic market. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, he began his sales career working for various South Florida broadcasters including Cox Media Group. He would go on to work for the two largest Spanish-language television broadcasters; Univision and Telemundo in Miami, San Juan and San Francisco. He served as Vice President and General Manager of KSTS-TV, a Telemundo owned-and-operated station in San Francisco.
Ralph, his wife and daughter have resided in Buckhead for the past 13 years. A three-time marathoner, he can often be found taking long walks or runs through Buckhead, Midtown and the Westside in an effort to exercise and keep up to date on his target market.
He is member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
