While you will see homes approaching and exceeding $1 million in value, you can also find plenty of luxury condos in the low to mid-$200s. The best of Intown living is truly accessible, even for tighter budgets.

Old Fourth Ward

This eclectic, revitalized neighborhood is rapidly gaining in popularity, which means it’s also increasing in price. The median home values have jumped to the mid-$400s recently, with a growing number of homes exceeding $1 million. However, there are still plenty of deals to be found in the O4W, with the occasional smaller home in the mid-$300s, and plenty of great condos and apartments from the high-$100s.

Inman Park

With median home values in the high-$400s and streets lined with million-dollar properties, you wouldn’t think this historic Victorian neighborhood could be host a plethora of affordable homes. Keep your eyes open; occasionally a great deal with show itself. It’s not uncommon to find a great place for around $300,000 here.


These days, Buckhead is the last place in town most people associate with the word “affordable,” but the nearby neighborhood of Chamblee is a hidden gem with plenty of fantastic homes that are also quite affordable. Sure, you will see the million-dollar properties around, but you can also find homes in the mid-$300s convenient to Peachtree Golf Club.
