Although they had never lived in a high-rise, when Holly and Rick Wolfert, both 54, were looking for a second home in Atlanta, it was high-rise living that attracted them.

Their primary residence is at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, but since Rick has recently launched a commercial finance company, they knew they would be spending more time in Atlanta during the week, as well as time on the weekends enjoying the attractions the city has to offer.

A search of high-rise buildings in Buckhead ended at The Mansion on Peachtree, where they found the ambience and services they wanted.

“The reason we chose Buckhead was because of the location,” Holly said. “It has great restaurants, including Craft outside the Mansion and Neo inside, along with shopping and an easy drive to Midtown or downtown for museums and entertainment at the Fox and various sporting venues.”

While services like the resident valet and permanent concierge are not yet in place, we use the services of the hotel, and it’s just been wonderful. Everyone is so accommodating, from the security staff to the residence manager, Ann Walker. They are so very service oriented that they have taken care of all of our needs and more.”
