Yetty Arp, a fifth generation, lifelong Atlantan, brings a wealth of diverse experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage in both commercial and residential areas to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
For over 35 years, as a VP of Southeast Commercial Properties, she participated in multi-million dollar transactions annually not only in great Atlanta but also in the southeast USA and southern California.
Yetty has successfully listed, sold, managed and leased properties, acquired investments and skillfully handled complex negotiations. She brings a high level of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to her new position as Broker Associate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty where her focus will be on primary residential, vacation and retirement homes.
Having lived in Buckhead all her life, Yetty has extensive knowledge of the northwest Atlanta area as well as the northeast Georgia lakes community, having owned a home on Lake Rabun for 35 years.
Yetty’s lifetime dedication to civic engagement in the Atlanta community has been honored by her election to Leadership Atlanta in 1997. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Children’s Health Care of Atlanta Foundation; Oglethorpe University; Rollins School of Public Health, Presidents Advisory; Atlanta Symphony Associates; and The French Heritage Society.
Past board positions include the Atlanta Ballet; a Million Matters Foundation; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; Junior League of Atlanta, Lovett Alumni Association.
Additionally, she is currently a member of ARCS; the Ivy Garden Club; the High Museum of Art; Lake Rabun Association; and Morningside Presbyterian Church. Yetty is a METS alumna, lay participant.
Yetty was educated at The Lovett School, Vanderbilt University, Oglethorpe University.
She has been married 43 years to Charles R. Arp, Lovett sweetheart, who is a Buckhead Dentist. Together, they have three children and one beloved grandchild.
