April 2010 Buckhead Home Sales Report (Carson Matthews)

Below are the statistics I have compiled for Buckhead home sales in April 2010. These numbers reflect single-family detached homes in area 21. You can also view the “Buckhead Home Sales Reports” tab above to see historical data for Buckhead.
Closed Sales in Buckhead

Homes Sold in April -46
Average List Price – $796,054
Average Sales Price – $732,320
Average Sales Price/List Price Ratio – 92%
Average Days on Market – 95 Days

These numbers are pretty similar to those in March.  There were 11 less sales but the average sales price, sales price/list price ratio and days on market were all relatively unchanged.  The exciting news is there are 158 homes pending sale right now in Buckhead as home buyers raced to get a home under contract by April 30th to take advantage of the Home Buyers Tax Credit.
