As a kid I have fond memories of crowding in the old OMNI Coliseum (now replaced with Phillips Arena) as my heart raced in anticipation of the night that was before me. Walking vendors would gleefully pass down a hearty dose of peanuts as my parents would gladly pay over the bucks as they watched our faces gleem. The lights would go out and a single spot light would illuminate the stage. The Ringmasters’ radio quality voice would loudly pronounce:
