Our fearless and talented CEO, Jenny Pruitt, has taken on the challenage of raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association by competing in Dancing Stars of Atlanta 2011. The second annual Dancing Stars of Atlanta will be Saturday, June 18, 2011 at a NEW location, Loews Atlanta Hotel. Reinventing the popular show, “Dancing with the Stars,” this fundraising event comprises of 10 celebrity dancers paired with 10 professional dancers, all raising funds by gaining votes in a one night gala dance competition.
The mission of the Alzheimer’s Association is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research and promotion of brain health, and to enhance care and support for all individuals, their families, and caregivers.
It is estimated that more than 200,000 Georgians have Alzheimer’s disease, in which more than 80,000 reside right here in Metro Atlanta.
