Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in San Diego recently met with a seller who had their home listed with a local competitor for $5.3 million and wanted to have the Sotheby’s International Realty brand represent them instead.  Owner Brian Arrington agreed to take the listing, but based on his market knowledge and pricing expertise, would only accept it if the price was reduced.  The seller agreed and within weeks they had three offers and closed for $4.5 million.  Brian credits the power of the brand for bringing in his lead!
