Janet Boyden is the latest agent to join the ever growing ranks of our team in the North Atlanta office. Growing up as the daughter of a developer and builder in Savannah has given Janet an extensive background in home building and home sales. Almost 100% of her business comes from past clients and referrals.
Janet has been selling real estate in Atlanta since 1999. “My knowledge of the market coupled with my experience, enthusiasm, and powerful negotiating skills helps you find and sell your financial investments!”
Janet is involved in giving back to her community, among her favorites is the Daisy Hill Pet Rescue that she co-founded 10 years ago that rescues animals and place them in good homes. This year she is a Sponsorship chair for “Hope for Guatemala” golf tournament, which is played to raise money for Hope for Guatemala, an organization that seeks to help break the cycle of physical and spiritual poverty for children and their families of Zone 18 in Guatemala City,Guatemala.
Janet serves in many volunteer roles at her church, including as a “First Responder”- helping single Mom’s in need with home repairs, computer/media issues, tutoring of children, and other ways to meet real needs.
