Lu Kulik joined Atlanta Fine Homes/Sotheby’s International Realty in May of 2007 before we officially opened our doors. She served as a Personal Assistant to Jenny Pruitt, Founder and CEO for the last four years. She has been involved in all facets of the business including Marketing, Sales and Finance.
Prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Lu worked for several Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Finance, Sales and Customer Service. She earned the Chairman’s/Presidents Club awards for outstanding service, working for such giants as Baxter International, Verizon/MCI, and McKesson.
At the heart of every transaction whether representing a buyer or a seller is her desire to give her clients extraordinary service. Her personal skill set developed over the years was preparation for this job. Key ingredients to her success are understanding the market, being prepared and knowledgeable, attention to detail, listening to the client’s needs and above all conducting every sale with integrity and fairness.
A licensed Georgia Realtor since 2007, she is focused on the Northwestern suburbs of Atlanta. She and her husband have been married for over 28 years and have spent the last 26 years in Atlanta. They have two children and one grandchild. They are actively involved in their church, coaching baseball, golf and many other extracurricular activities.
Growing up, Lu was one of seven children from a large Italian family. As she likes to tell everyone, “that is where I learned all my interpersonal skills.”
