Celebrate Season at Chastain Park
The Chastain Park Conservancy will put on a holiday celebration from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Chastain Tennis Center, director of operations Ray Mock said at the NPU-A meeting Tuesday night.
The Atlanta Boys Choir will perform, and Santa Claus will make an appearance at the event, Mock said.
The conservancy is also holding its annual Christmas tree sale, with the purchased trees able to be returned for recycling when the holiday season is over.

Kay Lin Art + Shop Opens Exhibit
The work of Wyatt Graff, Carl Linstrum, Ron Crawford, Alex Leopold, and Nathaniel Galka will be featured in the “Glow” exhibit at the Kat Lin Art + Shop gallery, 3096 Roswell Road
The exhibit, which runs through Jan. 28, opens Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. The gallery is open from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays.

Last Blast of Homemade Happiness
Buckhead artist Corinne Adams will offer her recycled glass jewelry, photography and mixed media and artisan-made gifts from Nicaragua in the “last blast of Homemade Happiness” from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Adams’ show is at her Wing & a Prayer Studio, in the back yard of Sardis United Methodist Church, 3725 Powers Ferry Road.

Playground Premieres at Little Nancy Creek Park
The Friends of Little Nancy Creek Park will present the community a special gift Sunday with a ceremony  for the park’s new playground.
The event will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the park on Peachtree Dunwoody Road.

TOWN CENTER AT COBB STORY HOUR: – Read, Play, Shop! The Simon Kidgits Club® and Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing are excited to present ‘Story Hour’ at Town Center at Cobb. Designed especially for families and children, this innovative program will be held December 14th from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the upper level JC Penney wing. Children will enjoy listening to the captivating stories and participating in fun activities. Raffles will also be held for lucky Kidgits Club members to take home books.

2ND ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF TREES: The 2nd annual Festival of Trees is hosted at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Galleria.
