Charlcie, a native from Georgia, is married to husband Dan of 28 years and has 3 grown children. One, a son who graduated from Alabama, a daughter that graduated from GCSU and a daughter currently attending Ole’ Miss in Oxford, Miss. She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Georgia in Special Education and taught school in Georgia for 12 years. Charlcie and her family have been relocated with her husband’s company and have lived in Dallas, Texas and Chicago, and they have been back in the Metro Atlanta area since 2004. Charlcie has held a GA Real Estate license since 1981 and has been actively working in the North Atlanta market since 2004.
Karen has been a Resident of North Fulton County since 1995. She has been married to husband, Matt since 1987. They spent the first several years of their marriage relocating with Matt’s company, and have lived in Westchester County New York, Danbury, CT., and Birmingham, Alabama. They have 3 grown children; one, a son who graduated from Auburn University in December 2011, a daughter currently attending Auburn University, and their youngest son who will be among the 2013 graduating class at Milton High School. Karen always had an interest in the Real Estate business because of her father who has been in a Broker in Chapel Hill, NC since 1970. After staying at home for many years with her children, Karen joined the Atlanta Real Estate Market in April 2003 and has been actively working in the industry since.
Karen and Charlcie are both Full-Time, Full-Service agents. They are active in their communities and respective churches. They are members of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Crabapple Community Association, and the Alpharetta Rotary Club. They both enjoy hobbies including Tennis, Charity Foundations, Golf, Travel and Volunteering.
