Helen Fuller joins Atlanta Fine Homes, Sotheby’s International Realty with over 20 years of real estate experience. She represents buyers and sellers with their needs whether it is their luxury home purchase, downsizing, relocation or move-up. Additionally, she brings extensive new construction experience to the table. Her impressive real estate resume of $150 million in closed sales is a testament to her professionalism and dedication to many successful years of experience in real estate.
Prior to her career at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Helen most recently represented John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. She was selected to oversee several luxury brand projects such as Colonnade Custom Homes at The Enclave at Jett Ferry, Windsor in Roswell and Olde Taylor Farms in Johns Creek. Helen turned her Build on Your Lot customers’ dreams into reality by navigating them through the planning process, construction and final closing of their custom home.
Helen began her real estate career in general brokerage working with buyers and sellers and specializing in Roswell, Alpharetta, Cumming, Dunwoody, Marietta and Sandy Springs. Her career expanded into New Home Sales in the early 1990’s. During this time she represented numerous custom homebuilders in various neighborhoods from Cobb to Gwinnett County.
Helen has been the recipient of numerous accolades including the Communities Top 100 and National Top Dozen Awards. In 2011, the Atlanta Board of Realtors recognized Helen as the #2 Realtor in New Homes Sales in the Atlanta area. Helen was also presented with the prestigious Phoenix Awards as a participant in Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club for 10 consecutive years.

On the personal side, Helen has proudly raised her twin daughters during her career who are now married and reside in Atlanta. She and her husband live in Johns Creek with their beloved English Cream Golden Retriever. They enjoy outdoor activities such as golf, tennis and snow skiing.
