After spending the better part of their careers in the corporate world and holding top level positions in the area of sales, marketing and business management, Tom & Kelly decided it might be time to make a change. Having been relocated over nine times and never truly having a great REALTOR® experience, they decided that maybe this could be a new endeavor for them. It’s really not about selling houses; it’s about taking care of people. As in any business, if you take care of your clients, the rest is pretty easy.
As best friends and now business partners, they just make it happen. But more importantly, as husband and wife, they have the ability to separate their business in real estate from their personal lives. They love the outdoors, hiking, fishing & taking pictures of the beautiful and memorable surroundings. Most importantly, they love to be with close friends & family entertaining. Both have a passion for cooking, Kelly in the house & Tom, outside with his “Big Green Egg” makes an evening simply just fun.
Craig Wilson
Craig has joined the team in 2012 and is excited to be in the community. He was born and raised in Winston-Salem, N.C. and studied business management at North Carolina State University.
He has been living in Portugal for the last 12 years with his wife, Alex and 2 daughters and about a year ago decided he wanted to come back home to the states. In Portugal, He owned and ran a successful restaurant and got his first experience in the real estate industry. “We started buying land and building spec homes aimed at the British tourist market. We had so much fun doing that, I decided at some point I wanted to make it my career. Finding someone that perfect home was a rewarding experience.”
Craig says he lives by three core principles that have guided him through all his business experiences:

Susan Walker
Susan is a faith driven, giving person with a constant big smile and a positive, enthusiastic spirit. That’s because she loves what she’s doing – assisting others to fulfill and keep their dream of homeownership. She specializes in helping people save their homes in this tough economy and assisting others in finding that perfect home that will be their haven for treasured memories. Susan has been called an expert facilitator, acting as a gate keeper between the buyer and the lender, helping first time home-buyers realize their dreams. Her genuine concern for her client’s needs makes her a very special person in their lives … not just the lady who assisted in the purchase of a house, but the special friend that made our new home possible.
She enjoys living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains with her computer guru husband, Carlos, who owns On-Site Communications, her two precious children, Chad and Chrissy, and her two spoiled cats and dog. In her spare time, you may find Susan teaching country two steppin’ with her husband or riding into the sunset on a trusty steed.
