Kathy Rice has had the opportunity to watch Atlanta grow up before her eyes since moving here as a child. This growth and change inspired her to begin a career in real estate in 1994. Kathy has actively been selling homes and condominiums at a high volume ever since. With a focus on the economic trends and statistics of the ever-changing real estate market it allows her to provide specialized marketing for your home in a unique and successful fashion.
Since the mid 90s Kathy has specialized in new homes, condos and resales in the Atlanta market. She has had the opportunity to work on some of the most well known developments in the Metro Atlanta area. Kathy also has experience in home staging, property management and senior communities. Since she has lived in Atlanta the majority of her life, she has intimate market knowledge allowing her to deliver great value to her clients. Her passion for real estate extends beyond Atlanta, as she often assists clients with lake and mountain properties in North Georgia. For the past 12 years, she has worked extensively in the secondary and vacation home market in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
When Kathy isn’t working in Atlanta, she and her husband, Gene, enjoy spending time in Blue Ridge. Having purchasing two lake houses and lots in the area, they have enjoyed watching the growth of this booming mountain town over the past 12 years. Just an hour and a half from Atlanta, Kathy views Blue Ridge as the perfect escape from city living – you can enjoy the peak fall season and summertime at its best on the lake. The town has turned into a specialty village of fine shops, restaurants and unique art shops.
