Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Chrissie to the Intown Office.
Chrissie Burns Kallio decided to transition her years of experience in sales, marketing and negotiation in the corporate world into a career in real estate after she bought her own house in Edgewood almost a decade ago. Since then, she has committed herself to a client-centric business with expertise in helping sellers and buyers, renovators and long-term investors.
Chrissie is an Associate Broker, a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors®, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, EcoBroker Certified, a Certified Distressed Property Expert and is an EarthCraft Certified Real Estate Professional. She stays up to speed with the Intown market, current real estate contracts and is also very familiar with current FHA, short sale, foreclosure and investment guidelines. Chrissie values continuing education and considers it of high importance to continue expanding her knowledge base as the market changes in order to guide her clients through the ever-changing Atlanta real estate market.
Chrissie remains active in her neighborhood association as founder of the neighborhood newsletter, has served on the zoning committee and currently serves as the Block Captain for her street’s Neighborhood Watch. She has a public relations degree from the University of South Alabama and graduated cum laude. Chrissie lives in the Edgewood community with her husband Chris, and their two dogs. She stays active playing soccer in the Greater Atlanta Women’s Soccer Association and running the roads and trails of Georgia.
