Shawna Olsen joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Neo Luxe Realty Group after a 20-year career in the health insurance industry, where she developed two successful businesses.
After years of working on the buying, flipping and remodeling side of the business, Shawna decided to combine her skills from insurance sales and service, art, interior design and house flipping and move – no pun intended – to real estate sales. Shawna’s clients are mostly referral based and she enjoys providing exceptional sales and service skills to make each transaction a positive one. People have either a need or a want (or both) and Shawna looks forward to helping each of her clients find their dream home.
With a Bachelors of Art in art from California State University and associates degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, Shawna offers her clients with a wealth of knowledge in staging and design.
Born and raised in California, Shawna headed east and now resides in Downtown Atlanta. Shawna is avid lover of golf, the arts and is also an abstract painter. Shawna volunteers for the Arts and Outreach to Men and Women, a program which assists those in need of clothing, basic needs and food. She has an adult son who graduated from University of Redlands, CA, and is currently living in Huntington Beach, California, where he is in the PGA teaching program.
