Kelly Thrash joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty with 15 years of award-winning sales experience working for International and Fortune 500 companies. She attributes her consistent success to a results-oriented approach and effective negotiation skills. Her dedication to understanding and fulfilling her client’s needs is her top priority.
For more than a decade, Kelly has gained extensive knowledge of the home building and real estate market in the Atlanta/North Georgia area through her husband’s custom home building business. She is passionate about assisting buyers with finding their perfect home and successfully marketing her client’s homes. She specializes in North Fulton, South Forsyth, Lake Lanier golf communities and the mountains of Big Canoe.
Originally from Alabama, Kelly graduated from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tenn., and then obtained her bachelor’s in psychology and advertising from the University of Alabama. While at Alabama she became a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, Order of Omega and was president of the Panhellenic Association.
Kelly serves the community through memberships with The Junior League of Atlanta, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the committee for Barrington Hall (a historic home in Roswell) and volunteering with Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital.
She and her husband currently live in the mountains of Big Canoe with their two rescue dogs and rescue cat.
