It seems that not only is single family housing coming back, but so is the condo market. In fact, the number of condos sold last year increased at a slightly higher rate than did the sale of single family homes. Further, since new condos are not being built any time soon, the supply is really dwindling, resulting in frequent multiple offer scenarios.
