Mike Toltzis is a native of the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. Mike has learned the real estate market over the years, specializing in first-time buyers and resale properties throughout Metro Atlanta and the Intown neighborhoods of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Midtown, Virginia Highland, Smyrna and Inman Park. After earning his bachelor’s degree in business marketing and sales from The University of Alabama. Prior to his career in real estate, he helped produce the Hangout Music Festival doing experiential marketing and management with leading corporations such as Viacom, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch and Chevrolet. He ensures that his clients receive very best in professional service, communication and business expertise. He joined the Eydie Koonin Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015.
Mike enjoys spending his free time playing tennis and resides in Brookhaven.
