Michelle Whiting, a resident of Cobb County since 1990, comes to real estate from a 15-year career in managing multi-family communities, neighborhood homeowner associations and high-rise condo associations. This experience has armed her with invaluable skills in leadership, educating, financing and negotiating, which serve her clients well.
Michelle’s business philosophy is based on a commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations. Communication and her ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships are characteristics her clients appreciate.
Michelle Whiting is also a photographer; she has enjoyed priceless experiences, such as being commissioned by the U.S. Navy to board the USS Forrest Sherman in Rota, Spain and sailing across the Atlantic to document the last leg of the ship’s deployment. She has had her work published in several publications and on billboards Michelle volunteers her talent to the American Heart Association, photographing their CEO Roundtables throughout the city, their Go RED events and the annual Atlanta and Cobb Heart Walks to use in promotional material to promote Heart Health.
Her love of the sea has led her to also volunteer at the Georgia Aquarium, where her favorite area is the beluga whale exhibit.
Michelle and her husband, Chris, have two adult children, Cody and Miranda, and a teenage son, Blake.
Michelle is active in her community and a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and the National Board of REALTORS®.
