While running a successful appraisal firm servicing more than 250 clients, Kelly simultaneously worked with REALTORS® on pre-listing appraisals in order to effectively price properties based on her findings. The progression of her career naturally allowed her to transition to assisting clients in the buying and selling process. Having appraised more than 7,000 homes in her career, Kelly understands what sells a home.

Originally from North Carolina, Kelly relocated with her family to Atlanta in 1982, eventually moving to Baton Rouge and earning a BFA in interior design from Louisiana State University. Now a resident of Glenwood Park in East Atlanta, Kelly is focusing her strengths on serving the Intown Atlanta market.
In addition to her career, Kelly Riedinger is an artist who is passionate about the local arts scene in Atlanta; she enjoys supporting local artisans. Her daughter, a graduate of SCAD Atlanta and Georgia State University, is the founder and CEO of Neva Opet, an Atlanta-based leather goods company. Kelly is also a volunteer of the Rescue Ranch, a non-profit dog rescue in Rutledge, Georgia, that finds forever homes for homeless Boston Terriers.
