Khalid Najadat’s real estate venture knew no boundaries when he began his career as a REALTOR® in 2006. In the course of all the market changes, Khalid expanded his real estate expertise on an international level as a real estate investment consultant in an overseas market. Through his diverse experience, locally and globally, he offers an exceptional client services experience, beneficial knowledge and competent skills. As an Atlantan for the past 22 years, he enjoyed being an active resident of different neighborhoods throughout Metro Atlanta, including Morningside, Midtown, Buckhead, Inman Park and Downtown. Khalid built strong client relations over the years conducting business in sales, management, market training and luxury goods. As a REALTOR®, producing empirical results to accomplish the real estate needs of his clients is paramount. Khalid represents clients in various real estate transactions including new construction developments, intown condos, single-family homes and relocations.
Khalid obtained a bachelor’s degree in international economics and marketing from Georgia State University. In 2013, Khalid was inducted to the International Honor Society for Economics in recognition of high scholastic achievements. Putting his knowledge and expertise to service, he offers his clients accurate market trends and concise insight for their real estate investments.
Khalid volunteers his time to various local Atlanta charities, and served as a cultural liaison for the International Olympic Committee
