Tracie Grodi combines a genuine care for her clients’ needs with more than 13 years of experience in providing families with the utmost enjoyable and successful buying and selling experience. Tracie’s passion for real estate was birthed in a long line of family businesses in building and providing homes. She began her career in the real estate business on the legal side, helping with closings before she spent nine years in property management, covering the entire Southeast region. Tracie’s experience as a National Digital Advertising Executive with CBS taught her that online advertising is the No. 1 place people go to look for a home. Her aggressive online and social media marketing is a major key in achieving the most successful results for her clients. Tracie focuses on Cumming, Milton, Alpharetta, Hickory Flat, Johns Creek and Roswell, specializing in multi-family housing, farm properties and luxury real estate. Tracie Grodie loves serving other people and ensuring their big picture is actualized in their purchase. She enjoys being a part of this community as she resides in her own farmhouse property in Milton, Georgia, with her husband and two children. In continuing to try to love people well, she is part of an anonymous women’s group of out North Point Community Church that meets to encourage and serve other women who are going through difficult seasons.
