Jason Hatcher, a resident of Atlanta for more than 16 years, has worked in the Atlanta business community since 2003 after obtaining his master’s in real estate. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including serving as a relationship manager in the real estate division of a national bank. Jason’s executive level knowledge, hands-on experience, negotiation/communication skills and client service position him to provide a unique and seamless transaction throughout the home buying or selling process.
He has spent the last eight years as a general contractor, specializing in the Buckhead, Midtown and Perimeter markets. His extensive knowledge of construction projects as well as dependable tradesmen allows Jason to bring a unique and invaluable perspective to his clients.
Jason graduated from Georgia Southern University with a major in business management and later pursued a master’s in real estate at Kennesaw State University. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. He has successfully completed the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) home inspector’s test for the state of Georgia, is a former president of his HOA, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and has completed over 200 remodeling projects to date.
Jason is a motorcycle rider and an avid traveler, having been to 25 countries and counting.
