Nicole Feldman is a Florida native, with a psychology degree from the University of North Florida. She moved to Atlanta two years ago and fell in love with our city. Before becoming an agent with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Nicole was a retail manager who received several notable awards for driving top line sales and ensuring the customer experience was the focus of her team. With her love for sales, customer service and family, Nicole dove into real estate joining the Bradford Smith Group, one of the top-producing teams in the company with more than 25 years of experience. Nicole enjoys selling in the North Atlanta area, where she lives and knows all the great restaurants, schools, parks, and shopping. She also enjoys working with clients in Northeast Atlanta. As an agent in the Intown office, she has started working with buyer and seller clients, falling in love with the unique charm and character each neighborhood brings to the city. What sets her apart from other agents is her attention to detail and care she gives each client. The home buying experience can be overwhelming and Nicole takes the time to ensure her clients are comfortable each step of the way.
Outside of work, Nicole is involved with her fraternity alumni chapter, Zeta Tau Alpha who contribute to Think Pink, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, A Crucial Catch and Bright Pink. She also enjoys cooking, trying local foodie hot spots, antique shopping, taking her dogs to the park and most importantly, spending time with friends and family.
