Sara Marbaugh has spent nearly 20 years in the greater Atlanta area becoming a community leader. When joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, she came with one goal in mind: to make the complex process of buying and selling homes simple for her clients.
Sara brings this passion of helping her neighbor into every facet of life. After her family of five relocated to Atlanta in 2000, she quickly became a resource to her neighbors as a hub of area knowledge. She earned this reputation by holding several leadership positions, small and large, within the Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek areas, from Girl Scout Leader and Wills Park Board Member, to being elected President of the Junior Raider Football Organization and Chair of the Alpharetta High School’s first School Governance Council.
Sara most recently served as a consultant, where she traveled across the country to train board members of non-profit organizations to be more effective servant leaders. Her former career in the pharmaceutical industry developed her skills for sales, sales data and training initiatives, which she now leverages for her real estate career.
Sara received an MBA in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, one of the nation’s leading graduate programs. Her marketing skills have helped her serve as social media director for various organizations, and her expertise is highly valuable for the selling or buying process.
