After almost 17 years in the insurance industry, Nathan Gardner joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
For 10 years prior to his career transition, Nathan served as an Endorsed Local Provider for the Dave Ramsey Show, representing both health insurance and home and auto insurance. His experience has afforded him a long track record of success and commitment to fantastic customer service, and through an educational-based philosophy, he believes in coaching his clients and helping them make the right decisions that are financially sound.
“I believe that an informed client is a happy client,” he says. “My goal for every transaction is to do such a thorough job of representing my clients that I will become their REALTOR® for life. In order to do that, I have to do right by my clients – no matter the scenario. Nathan is a graduate of Auburn University. He currently lives in the Ashford Park neighborhood of Brookhaven with his wife, Charlotte Anne, their son and twin daughters and their Aussiedoodle puppy, Grimes. They were married in 2004 at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where they are still members.
Nathan and his wife have a wonderful group of friends in their neighborhood and spend a lot of time cooking, drinking wine and helping with each other’s kids. With three young children, there is always a sport, activity or birthday party! When he isn’t enjoying the neighborhood festivities, you can find Nathan fishing or golfing.
“Fishing has always been my favorite hobby. Growing up in Florida with two brothers, we were always a fishing family. I then lived in the Charleston, South Carolina area for a long time, where I also fished whenever time allowed. Now that I am in Atlanta, golf is my new hobby and I love to play, but don’t usually love the results.”
