Hi, I’m Joel.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I started my career in healthcare sales and later transitioned to television and film. Both of these opportunities afforded me a chance to travel extensively and see the world. Having access to some of the most luxurious properties imaginable sparked my interest in real estate and using design inspirations from the high-end properties and incorporating those features into my own home became a passion that enhances my skills in the industry. After buying and selling properties, making a great return on my investment, using my creativity to bring different spaces to life and starting to research market conditions for financial gain (not just for fun), I knew real estate was the career for me.
I moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles in 2015, as I was working in the entertainment industry and Atlanta is becoming the “New Hollywood,” but as a young adult, I moved constantly (I have 19 moves under my belt!). From Indiana to Florida and to California, I’ve loved the beach communities, the lights and energy of the big city, the quaint neighborhoods outside the hustle and bustle and the mountains.
I could never say, ‘this is the area, style or type of home I want to be in forever.’ However, after being relocated to Atlanta and having my daughter, I knew this was where I wanted to lay my roots, raise my family and start my real estate career. I get equally as excited as my clients during the home-buying and selling process. No matter the style or price point, it’s a new beginning in a city I love … Atlanta immediately felt like “home” to me, and I’m proud of the communities I represent.
I currently reside in Midtown with my daughter, Logan, and her grumpy older brother – my 12-year-old French bulldog, Ted. I love the beach, yoga, hiking, boating and anything related to physical activity, enjoying nature or being a dad. I’m a member of Atlanta Christian Church and am a volunteer with Bright Futures Atlanta, a Christian-based middle school and high school located on the campus of City of Refuge. I go where my clients go – I specialize in the Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Morningside, Buckhead and Sandy Springs areas and am familiar with the surrounding communities outside the Perimeter.

I will manage your search daily to make sure we see the best homes first and guide you through the transaction when it comes to competitive negotiations.
