Earlier this month, Sotheby’s International Realty® announced that its affiliated brokers and sales associates achieved more than $112 billion in global sales volume, the highest in annual sales performance in the history of the brand. On a local level, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated and contributed $2.6 billion to this total volume – a substantial increase from $2.4 billion in 2017.

As we continue into 2019, agent productivity is already strong, and we are anticipating a 5-10 percent increase in sales.”

Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty: the first of its kind, Sotheby’s International Realty brand is the first real estate brand to launch and implement a virtual staging AR app, transforming the homebuying and selling experience for sales associates and consumers. Curate allows consumers to visualize a house as their own before purchase, thereby curating the homebuying experience. Once a new home is purchased, Curate can also be used to help a new homeowner, through augmented reality, design and obtain furnishings for their new home.
